General Info:
This
beach is nearby the popular "CINQUE
TERRE" (five lands) tourist destination
of five (hence the name) lovely villages
along the Ligury coast. Guvano is
very popular for nude sunbathing,
but due to it's popularity amount
tourists, you will encounter some
clothed gawkers. Accommodation is
easy to find. Many locals offer "affittacmere"
(small rooms or appartments at a resonable
rate). Do NOT camp on the beach as
Police routinely patrol and will turn
you away.

in the area, consider
visiting Sienna for
an afternoon of shopping
and then go up the
hill to Orvieto and
enjoy the staggering
view from the cliffs!
